Our introductory course to rowing is divided into several phases:
"Dry" lessons on the ergometer (rowing simulator) to learn movement;
Basic technique in indoor and outdoor rowing tank on floating platform;
Outings in two seat boats with instructor;
Outings in single seat boat under instructor’s supervision;
Single seat boat trips for rowing.
The duration varies from 1 to 2 months. At the end of the course, the degree of learning of the Member and their ability determines the independent use of a boat without the help of a coach.
Rowing Levels
Once the necessary maturity has been reached, the Member will be assigned a rowing level which will correspond to the types of hulls on which they can row. The level of rowing will vary over time and will be updated by our staff.
To improve technique and level, the Club will however make a personal trainer available to members for a fee.
Reservations can be made at our administrative office.
